Troubleshooting

Leakage - if your cup is leaking, there are a few possible reasons.
1. Your cup may not be inserted correctly. Make sure your cervix is above the cup, not sitting to the side, and that you cannot feel the cup after you have inserted it.Your cup needs to be properly open to work.
2. You may need to empty your cup more often if you have heavier flow.
3. You may need to use a larger cup size on heavier days.
