Removing your cup
This video has a few great tips for removing your cup hassle-free.
Blood in the toilet bowl
Due to the density of menstrual blood in comparison to water, some women notice when they empty their cup straight into the toilet bowl that it remains there after flushing, and it only clears after a few flushes. A simple way to avoid this is to empty your blood onto some toilet tissue in the bowl, and it will all flush together.
